Our contribution helps provide the dinners they have once per month.
They meet every Thursday night, but have
dinner only once per month.
This wonderful ministry can be
supported by volunteers showing up any Thursday night.
You can also contact Linda Ross
to help prepare and
serve the dinner.

2011 MISSION TRIPS
Funds are raised by the fellowship events held 2-3 times
each year (Scarf & Jewerly Auction/Brunch and Festival of
Tables plus others) . This year we
were blessed to be able to contribute $1000.00 to be used as
needed for these trips.

EASTER BASKETS
For neighborhood children in our Sunday School and Easter
gift bags delivered to Homebound
Members.
Help is needed assembling baskets and/or by donating items or cash funding anytime during
the year.
We also appreciate any visitors to help deliver the baskets, as well as
a friendly contact to the recipients. This fun project began in
1999 by Linda Hook's daughter Angela and continues as a passion of
Linda's. This project is not merely the delivery of an Easter
basket, but an opportunity for visitation and outreach to homebound
members and friends. Contact Linda or Mary Ann Tyler for more details.

BLESSINGS BLANKETS
Fleece blankets that are made and delivered to seriously
ill members (so far we have delivered about 100 blankets.) A
similar outreach is the Prayer Shawl Ministry of crocheted
and knitted coverlets prepared and delivered by Lela Hendrix
and crew. If you know of someone in need of a blessing,
please contact Lela, Linda Hook or Mary Ann Tyler.)
